The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety of hot and cold options that energized my mornings. I really appreciated the tranquil green areas around the hotel. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing oasis where I spent hours soaking up the sun!

Staff were competent and efficient!
The location couldn't be more magnificent around 15 minutes from the airport. And we were so close to holiday inn izdihar, Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, and a restaurant in the area. The service was good and the pool was nice.

Very clean and deocrated room
Towels are absolutely so old!!! I suggest if you take your own towel with you to avoid hygiene issues. Check-in and check-out process is terrifying.. Obviously need more staff to process the reception high load of traffic

The internet speed is average at best and not suitable for streaming. The hotel feels stuck in the past with outdated décor and worn fixtures, not what you'd expect from an international chain. Room service also has a reputation for being slow, and you often need to rely on the front desk for basic requests-if they even pick up the call.

The breakfast was above average and great with lots of fine options. The room was neat, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

Despite the confirmation from Booked.net I was informed that there was no room available, hotel fully booked ! They asked me to wait 5 minutes. After app. 45 minutes they finally had a room available, this is not a good experience when you arrive in the middle of the night after a long time of travelling. Some other guests at check-inn had to move to another hotel. Obviously the hotel has a tendancy to overbook !
